To prepare this tasty roast pork flavour gravy with
sage simply add water and bring to the boil. It is ideal with roast pork,
chicken, chops and sausages.
Usage
CLASSIC ROAST PORK AND SAGE GRAVY
1. Empty the packet contents into a small saucepan.
2. Blend in 300ml (1/2 pint) of water and bring to the boil,
stirring.
3. Simmer for 1-2 minutes until the gravy has thickened.
4. To add extra richness to Classic Pork & Sage Gravy,
add 1 tbs of brandy and a dash of cream just before
serving.
