To prepare this classic roast turkey flavour gravy,
with a hint of herbs, just add water and bring to the boil. It is ideal
with turkey, chicken and pork.
Usage
CLASSIC ROAST TURKEY GRAVY
1. Empty the packet contents into a small saucepan.
2. Blend in 300ml (1/2 pint) of water and bring to the boil,
stirring.
3. Simmer for 1-2 minutes until the gravy has thickened.
Try replacing some of the water with roast turkey juices to
give the gravy extra richness.
