is a blend of marjoram, basil, oregano, thyme and bay leaf, enclosed in a
simple sachet for easy removal at the end of cooking.

Usage
- Give extra flavour to rice, pasta and vegetable dishes by adding a sachet to the water whilst cooking.
- Add to stocks for soups and sauces.
- Simmer in red wine for lamb casseroles for a deliciously rich sauce.
- Add a sachet to meat or chicken casseroles and Mediterranean dishes for a fuller flavour.
