Peppercorns are a robust blend of black, white, green and pink
peppercorns.

Usage
- Freshly ground Mixed Peppercorns add an aromatic mouth-watering flavour to most savoury dishes.
- Use whole, roughly crushed or ground from a pepper mill to season steak, chicken before grilling or pan-frying.
- Grind over slices of smoked salmon, before serving.
- Add whole Tropical Mixed Peppercorns to stocks, pickles and marinades.
- Use as a garnish for pâtés and terrines to give extra colour.
- Lightly fry a selection of mushrooms in olive oil and butter, pile onto toasted olive ciabatta bread and season well with ground Tropical Mixed Peppercorns.
- For steak au poivre, press roughly crushed Tropical Mixed Peppercorns into both sides of a sirloin or rump steak and leave for 30 minutes. Fry in olive oil and serve with garlic butter.
