Usage
- Stir into all curries at the end of cooking.
- Sprinkle over chicken or pork dishes towards the end of cooking, to enhance the flavour.
- Shake over stir fried vegetables, such as leeks, carrots and cabbage, just before serving.
- Stir into fresh fruit salads and rice salads.Add a sprinkling to rice dishes for a sweet, light spicy flavour.
