Usage
DAUPHINOISE POTATO BAKE
600ml (1 pint) milk
900g (2lb) potatoes, peeled and finely sliced
Easy to prepare in 10 mins
cook in 1 hour 30 mins
1. Pre-heat the oven to 180°C,
350°F, Gas Mark 4.
2. Blend the sachet contents with the milk and
bring to the boil, reduce the heat and simmer for 1-2 minutes, until
the sauce has thickened, stirring continuously.
3. Layer the potatoes in an ovenproof dish and
pour over the sauce. Bake for 1 hour 30 minutes, or until the potatoes
are cooked through.
