A crunchy garlic and rosemary oven-bake coating for
delicious roast potatoes
Usage
CRISPY POTATO ROASTIES - ROSEMARY &
GARLIC
4 medium potatoes (approx. 675g (1½lb))
3 tbs olive oil
Easy to prepare in 10 mins
cook in 35 mins
1. Pre-heat the oven to 220C, 425°F, Gas
Mark 7.
2. Meanwhile, peel and cut the potatoes into 5cm (2”)
chunks. Par-boil for 5 minutes, drain and return back to the pan.
3. Drizzle 2 tbs of the oil over a baking tray and
heat in the oven for 3 minutes. Pour the remaining oil over the
potatoes and sprinkle in the sachet contents, toss gently to coat
evenly.
4. Spread the potatoes onto the hot baking tray
and cook for 25-30 minutes, or until crispy and cooked through.
