A crunchy southern fried-style oven-bake coating for
delicious potato wedges
Usage
SOUTHERN FRIED WEDGES
4 medium potatoes (approx. 675g (1½lb)), unpeeled
2 tbs olive oil
Easy to prepare in 5 mins
cook in 45 mins
1. Pre-heat a large baking tray in the oven at
200°C, 400°F, Gas Mark 6.
2. Cut the dry potatoes into wedges, place into a
bowl and coat with the oil. Sprinkle over the sachet contents and toss
until coated.
3. Spread the potatoes onto the pre-heated baking
tray and cook for 45 minutes or until crispy and cooked through,
turning once half-way through. Great served with mayonnaise.
