Usage
CREAMY GARLIC MUSHROOMS
1 tbs oil
1 onion, chopped
450g (1lb) mushrooms, sliced
350ml (12fl oz) milk
Easy to prepare in 5 mins
cook in 15 mins
1. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onion, until
softened.Add the mushrooms and fry for 3-4 minutes.
Blend the sachet contents with the milk and add to the pan, bring to
the boil, stirring.
2. Simmer gently for 5 minutes, stirring
occasionally. Great served with crusty bread.
3. Try adding a dash of double cream and chopped bacon, then
stir in cooked pasta. Top with grated cheese and grill for a quick and
easy pasta bake.
