A rich and creamy mix including mustard seeds and
parsley for a delicious mushroom dish
Usage
MUSHROOM STROGANOFF
2 tbs oil
1 onion, chopped
450g (1lb) mushrooms, quartered
225ml (8fl oz) milk
Easy to prepare in 5 mins
cook in 15 mins
1. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onion, until
softened.
2. Add the mushrooms to the pan and fry for 3-4
minutes. Blend the sachet contents with the milk and add to the pan,
bring to the boil stirring.
3. Simmer gently for 5 minutes, stirring
occasionally. Great served with wild and white rice.
Try adding a little double cream or use a selection of wild
mushrooms to add a luxurious touch to the dish.
