A delicious chargrill flavour seasoning mix with

Usage
MEDITERRANEAN ROASTED VEGETABLES
675g (1½lb) mixed vegetables (courgettes, red and yellow
peppers, onions and aubergines)
2 tbs olive oil
Easy to prepare in 10 mins
cook in 25 mins
1. Pre-heat the oven to 220°C,
425°F, Gas Mark 7 (or pre-heat the grill to a medium
heat).
2. Cut the vegetables into 2.5cm (1”)
chunks, mix with the oil and sachet contents. Transfer to a large,
flat roasting tin. Spread the vegetables into a single layer.
3. Cook in the oven for 20-25 minutes, or until
cooked through (or place under the grill for 15 minutes, turning
occasionally).
