Usage
BOMBAY POTATOES
450g (1lb) potatoes, diced
2 tbs oil1 onion, sliced
1 packet Schwartz Bombay Potatoes Recipe Mix
4 tbs water
400g tin chopped tomatoes
1. Parboil the potatoes in water for 10 minutes. Drain and set
aside.
2. Heat the oil and brown the onion in a frying pan. Add the packet
contents and cook gently for 1 minute, stirring.
3. Add potatoes, water and tomatoes, stir thoroughly. Cover and
simmer for a further 10 minutes or until the potatoes are cooked.
4. Serve with naan bread and mango chutney
