This mild and creamy green Thai curry sauce mix
gives this curry its distinctive flavour and character.
Usage
THAI GREEN CHICKEN
CURRY
1tbs oil
450g (1lb) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
1 packet Schwartz Thai Chicken Green Curry Recipe Mix
350ml (12fl oz) milk
1 bunch spring onions, sliced
1. Heat the oil and fry the chicken for 6-7 minutes, until
browned.
2. Blend the packet contents into the milk and add to the pan. Bring
to the boil, stirring.
3. Add the spring onions and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring
occasionally.
4. Serve with fragrant rice.Replace the chicken with cooked prawns and add a
mixture of mangetout, baby corn and carrot batons.
To serve, stir some
toasted Schwartz Sesame Seeds and Schwartz Coriander Leaf into cooked
rice.
SUITABLE FOR FREEZING
This
finished recipe is suitable for freezing. Transfer the cooked recipe to an
airtight container and leave to cool. Cover and place in the freezer for
up to 1 month, for best results.
Re-heating Guidlines -
Defrost thoroughly overnight in a refrigerator. Transfer to a saucepan and
heat gently over a medium-heat, stirring occasionally, until piping hot
throughout. Alternatively, place in a microwaveable bowl, cover loosely
with cling film and re-heat in the microwave on HIGH for 4-5 minutes,
stirring half-way through, or until piping hot throughout.
