A mild creamy pepper sauce mix with whole green
peppercorns - ideal for the whole family. Great with steak, chicken,
sausages and pork. Simply add milk and butter.
Usage
CREAMY MILD PEPPERCORN SAUCE
1 packet Schwartz Creamy Mild Peppercorn Sauce Mix
300ml (½pint) milk
25g (1oz) butter (optional)
1. Empty the packet contents into a small saucepan.
2. Blend in the milk and bring to the boil, stirring
continuously.
3. Add the butter and simmer for 1-2 minutes, until the sauce has
thickened.
Great served with steak or pork chops.For a quick Beef Stroganoff style recipe, pour the prepared
sauce over pan-fried strips of beef and sliced mushrooms, cooked in a
little brandy, and simmer for 2-3 minutes. Ideal served with
rice.
