This creamy sauce mix with parsley is ideal with
fish, vegetables, gammon and chicken. Simply add milk and
butter.
Usage
CREAMY PARSLEY SAUCE
1 packet Schwartz Creamy Parsley Sauce Mix
300ml (½ pint) milk
25g (1oz) butter (optional)
1. Empty the packet contents into a small saucepan.
2. Blend in the milk and bring to the boil, stirring
continuously.
3. Add the butter and simmer for 1-2 minutes, until sauce has
thickened.
Delicious served with all types of fish or try pouring over
gammon steaks.
For a vegetable accompaniment with a difference, stir
cooked carrots and cauliflower into the prepared sauce.
