A creamy sauce mix made with crushed peppercorns for
the whole family to enjoy. Ideal with steak, burgers, chicken and
sausages. Simply add milk and butter.
Usage
CREAMY PEPPER SAUCE
1 packet Schwartz Creamy Pepper Sauce Mix
300ml (½ pint) milk
25g (1oz) butter (optional)
1. Empty the packet contents into a small saucepan.
2. Blend in the milk and bring to the boil, stirring
continuously.
3. Add the butter and simmer for 1-2 minutes, until sauce has
thickened.
Delicious served with steak and chips or potato
wedges.
To prepare a speedy sausage dish, fry onions, mushrooms and
sausages until cooked. Stir in the prepared sauce and serve with mashed
or jacket potatoes.
