A rich and creamy sauce mix with garlic and
mushrooms. Ideal with pasta, fish, vegetables and chicken. Simply add milk
and butter.
Usage
GARLIC MUSHROOM & CREAM
SAUCE
1 packet Schwartz Garlic, Mushroom & Cream Sauce Mix
300ml (½ pint) milk
25g (1oz) butter (optional)
1. Empty the packet contents into a small saucepan.
2. Blend in the milk and bring to the boil, stirring
occasionally.
3. Add the butter and simmer for 1-2 minutes, until the sauce has
thickened.
Great served over roast or pan-fried chicken
breasts.
For a quick vegetable bake pour the prepared sauce over a
selection of cooked mixed vegetables. Top with grated cheese and
grill.
