Usage
STOVE-TOP DIRECTIONS:
1. Pour the contents into a small saucepan.
2. Simmer for 2-3 minutes, stirring.
3. Serve immediately over fish.
MICROWAVE DIRECTIONS (750 WATT):
1. Microwave
ovens vary, adjust cooking times accordingly.
2. Pour the contents into a microwaveable dish and cover
loosely.
3. Cook on HIGH for 2-3 minutes, stirring half-way through.
Serve immediately over fish.
INSPIRATIONAL
IDEAS:
Take 2-3 cod loins or fillets and
wrap evenly in 100g (4oz) Parma ham. Place in an ovenproof dish and pour
over Schwartz Classic Hollandaise Sauce. Bake in a pre-heated oven at
200°C, 400°F, Gas Mark 6 for 15 minutes, until cod is
cooked through.
