A creamy dill sauce with lemon. Delicious with
salmon, cod and haddock.
Schwartz Sauces for Fish, with their specially
selected ingredients, complement the delicate flavours of a wide variety
of fish. Simply heat and serve.
Usage
STOVE-TOP DIRECTIONS:
1. Pour the contents into a small saucepan.
2. Simmer for 2-3 minutes, stirring.
3. Serve immediately over fish.
MICROWAVE DIRECTIONS (750 WATT):
1. Microwave
ovens vary, adjust cooking times accordingly.
2. Pour contents into a microwaveable dish and cover loosely.
3. Cook on HIGH for 2-3 minutes, stirring half way through.
4. Serve immediately over fish.
INSPIRATIONAL
IDEAS:
Fry 350g (12oz) cubed salmon in 1 tsp
oil for 2-3 minutes, until browned. Add 200g (7oz) sliced leeks and fry
for 2 minutes, until softened. Stir in Schwartz Delicate Dill &
Lemon Sauce. Meanwhile, cook 200g (7oz) pasta in boiling water, and drain.
Add the pasta to the salmon and heat through. Transfer to a heatproof dish
and top with 75g (3oz) grated cheese. Cook under a pre-heated medium
grill, until golden.
