Delicious with salmon, cod and haddock.

Usage
STOVE-TOP DIRECTIONS:
1. Pour contents into a small saucepan.
2. Simmer for 2-3 minutes, stirring.
3. Serve immediately over fish.
MICROWAVE DIRECTIONS (750 WATT):
1. Microwave
ovens vary, adjust cooking times accordingly.
2. Pour contents into a microwaveable dish and cover loosely.
3. Cook on HIGH for 2-3 minutes, stirring half way through.
4. Serve immediately over fish.
INSPIRATIONAL
IDEAS:
Fry 125g (5oz) sliced mushrooms and
100g (4oz) sugar snap peas for 2-3 minutes, until browned. Place 2-3 cod
loins or fillets in the pan and pour over Schwartz French White Wine
& Tarragon Sauce. Cover and simmer for 8-10 minutes, or until cod
is cooked through. Great served on a bed of rice.
