Usage
For a delicious lamb tagine, brown 450g cubed lamb with a sliced onion, a little ginger and crushed garlic. Add 4 tsp of the spice blend, a tin of chopped tomatoes, 2 tbs honey, 100ml water and 50g dried apricots. Cover and cook slowly.
