Usage
- Sprinkle over sliced chicken, onion and peppers, towards the end of cooking.
- Serve wrapped in flour tortillas with soured cream and salsa.
- Sprinkle over tortilla chips and cheese before grilling for nachos.
- Use to season pan-fried or barbecued strips of lamb, beef and pork, or whole prawns and vegetables.
