Ingredients

• 4 x 225 g (8 oz) rump or sirloin steaks
• 1 packet Schwartz Creamy Pepper Sauce - Heat & Pour
• 300 ml (1/2 pint) milk
• 25 g (1 oz) butter

Serve tender steak with a rich, Creamy Pepper sauce for a simple yet delicious meal.

Method

Step 1

Cook the steaks under the grill, or in a griddle pan, for 2 minutes on each side for rare, 4 minutes each side for medium, or 6 minutes each side for well done.

Step 2

Meanwhile, blend the packet contents with the milk in a small saucepan. Bring to the boil, stirring. Add the butter and simmer for 1-2 minutes until thickened.

Step 3

Serve the steak with roasted baby potatoes and cherry tomatoes. Pour the sauce over the steak and serve immediately.
