Spicy chicken dish, with a great bbq flavour

Ingredients

• 12 small chicken drumsticks
• 2 tbs Schwartz Perfect Shake Fajita Herb & Spice Blend
• 1 tbs tomato purée
• 1 tbs honey

Method

STEP 1Wipe the drumsticks with kitchen paper. Mix together the Perfect Shake Fajita Special Blend, purée and honey and brush over the drumsticks. Leave to marinate for 30 minutes.

STEP 2To barbecue: make sure the coals are white hot and set the chicken well above them on the grill rack. Cook turning occasionally for 20-30 minutes. Serve with a side salad.

STEP 3Or pre-heat the oven to 180°C, 350°F, Gas Mark 4 and cook for 30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through, turning once.
