Christmas Punch

Ingredients

  • 1 x 75 cl bottle red wine
  • 600ml (1 pint) cranberry juice
  • 300ml (1/2 pint) apple juice
  • 2 tbs caster sugar
  • 2 Schwartz Mulled Wine Spice Sachets
  • Garnish: sliced orange, chopped apple

Method

STEP 1Place all the ingredients in a large saucepan. Heat to just below boiling point and keep this temperature for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

STEP 2Remove the sachets and garnish with fruit.
