A quick and easy stir fry of king prawns and vegetables flavoured with lemon grass, ginger and coconut.
- 1 tbs toasted sesame oil
- 200g (7oz) mange tout
- 200g (7oz) baby corn
- 250g (8oz) king prawns, defrosted if frozen
- 100gg (4oz) spring onions, sliced
- 1 tube Schwartz Easy Stir Fry Lemon Grass, Ginger & Coconut
STEP 1Heat the oil in the pan and stir fry the mange tout and baby corn for around 3 minutes.
STEP 2Add the king prawns and spring onions and stir fry for a further 2 minutes.
STEP 3Add the Easy Stir Fry and stir through for 1 minute. Serve immediately.
