Pan-fried Tuna with Tomato, Olive & Rosemary Sauce recipe

Ingredients

  • 2-3 fresh tuna steaks
  • 1 pouch
  • olive oil

Pan-fried tuna steaks, seared to lock in the flavour, served with a delicious and chunky Tomato, Olive & Rosemary Sauce.

Method

Step 1

Heat a griddle or frying pan, brush with a little olive oil. Cook the tuna steaks for 1-2 minutes on each side, leaving the inside slightly pink. Cook for a little longer, if preferred.

Step 2

Meanwhile, pour the sauce into a small saucepan and simmer for 2-3 minutes.

Step 3

Serve the pan-fried tuna with a generous serving of the sauce. Great served with fresh tagliatelle.
