Salmon in a Lemon Butter Sauce
Method
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C, 400°F, Gas Mark 6. Place the salmon on a lightly greased baking sheet and cook for 20 minutes. (Fish should still be juicy.)
Step 2
Blend the packet contents with the milk in a saucepan. Bring to the boil over a low heat, stirring continuously. Add the butter at the end and simmer for 1-2 minutes until the sauce thickens.
Step 3
Pour the sauce over the salmon and serve.
