Tiger Prawn Salad recipe

Ingredients

Garlic, ginger and spring onion give this prawn salad an oriental flavour.

Method

Step 1

Heat the oil in a wok and fry the prawns and half the onion with the Stir Fry Blend for 5 minutes or until the prawns have turned pink.

Step 2

Remove the prawns and cooked onion from the pan and fry the mangetout for 1 minute.

Step 3

Toss the prawn mixture with the reserved onion and lettuce leaves and squeeze over the lemon juice to serve.
