Delicious fresh fruit combined with an orange syrup, gently spiced with Cinnamon, Vanilla and Cardamom. Ideal served with 0% fat Greek yoghurt for a healthy and refreshing start to the day.

STEP 1Place the orange juice in a saucepan with the Cinnamon Sticks, Vanilla Pod, Cardamom Pods and sugar. Bring to the boil and simmer gently for 5 minutes.

STEP 2Blend the cornflour with 1 tsp water and add to the pan. Bring to the boil, stirring until thickened. Allow to cool before removing the whole Spices. Transfer to a large bowl and stir in the fruit, cover and refrigerate until chilled.

STEP 3Serve with the yoghurt and a sprinkling of Cinnamon. The remaining fruit salad will keep for 1-2 days in the fridge.
