Ingredients
- 350 g (12 oz) porridge oats
- 75 g (3 oz) flaked almonds
- 50 g (2 oz) sunflower seeds
- 1 tsp Schwartz Cinnamon Ground
- 75 g (3 oz) dried cranberries
- 75 g (3 oz) sultanas
- 75 g (3 oz) dried apricots, diced
Enjoy a tasty start to the day with this delicious muesli, combining oats with almonds, sunflower seeds, cranberries, sultanas and dried apricots, lightly spiced with a hint of Cinnamon.
Method
Step 1
Pre-heat the oven to 190°C, 375°F, Gas Mark 5.
Step 2
Place the oats, almonds, sunflower seeds and Cinnamon on a large baking tray and toast in the oven for 10 minutes, shaking the tray half-way through. Remove from the oven and allow to cool.
Step 3
Toss the cranberries, sultanas and apricots into the toasted oat mixture.
Step 4
Serve with skimmed milk.

Cook's Notes
You can try any variety of fruit that you prefer to make this muesli different each time you make it, why not try dried blueberries, raisins, prunes or cherries.
This muesli will keep in an airtight container for up to 1 month.
