Ingredients
  • 3 tablespoons dark soy sauce

  • 2 tablespoons Chinese 5 Spice

  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil

  • 2 tablespoons honey

  • Zest and juice of 1 orange

  • 450 gram (1 pound) pork fillet

  • 1 tablespoons oil

  • 1 courgette, cut into batons

  • ½ bunch spring onions, sliced lengthways

  • 275 gram (10 ounce) noodles, cooked according to pack instructions

  • Soy sauce to serve

  • 2 carrots, cut into batons
