Chunky Sausage Soup recipe

Ingredients

This Chunky Sausage Soup with mixed beans in a rich tomato sauce, enhanced with Schwartz Classic Sausage Casserole Recipe Mix, is a hearty meal in itself. delicious served with crusty brown bread.

Method

Step 1

Grill the sausages for 10 minutes, turning occasionally. Meanwhile, heat the oil and fry the onion for a few minutes until softened.

Step 2

Add the beans and tomatoes. Chop the sausages into bite-sized chunks and add to the pan. Make up the casserole mix according to packet instructions. Add to the saucepan.

Step 3

Add 450ml (¾ pint) boiling water to the pan, season to taste and simmer for 10 minutes. Serve garnished with Parsley. Delicious served with chunks of brown bread.
