A tasty snack of garlic flavoured ciabatta bread topped with tomatoes, olive oil, Basil, Oregano and Thyme.
STEP 1Pre-heat the grill or barbecue.
STEP 2Mix the olive oil and Garlic Granules together and brush lightly over both sides of the ciabatta slices.
STEP 3Cook under the grill or on the barbecue for 2-3 minutes, until golden brown, turning occasionally.
STEP 4Meanwhile, place the cherry tomatoes in a bowl, drizzle in the olive oil and balsamic vinegar and stir in the Basil, Thyme and Oregano.
STEP 5Top the toasted ciabatta slices with the tomatoes and serve as a delicious starter or light lunch.
