A quick and easy vegetable stir fry with egg noodles.
- 250g (9oz) egg noodles
- 1 tbs toasted sesame oil
- 175g (6oz) red bell pepper, sliced
- 100g (4oz) shiitake mushrooms, sliced
- 75g (3oz) mangetout
- 75g (3oz) spring onions, sliced
- 100g (4oz) bean sprouts
- 2 tsp Schwartz Garlic Cooking Paste
- 1½ tbs light soy sauce
- 1½ tbs dry sherry
STEP 1Prepare the noodles according to the pack instructions, drain and rinse.
STEP 2Heat the sesame oil in a wok, fry the red pepper, mushrooms, mangetout, spring onions and bean sprouts for 4-5 minutes.
STEP 3Combine the Schwartz Easy Garlic, soy sauce and sherry and add to the wok with the noodles. Heat through for a further 2 minutes and serve.
