A sweet and spicy sauce with dark soy sauce, sesame and ginger. Delicious with salmon, tuna and cod.

Usage ideas
STOVE-TOP DIRECTIONS:
1. Pour contents into a small saucepan.
2. Simmer for 2-3 minutes, stirring.
3. Serve immediately over fish.
MICROWAVE DIRECTIONS (750 WATT):
Microwave ovens vary, adjust cooking times accordingly.
1. Pour the contents into a microwaveable dish and cover loosely.
2. Cook on HIGH for 2-3 minutes, stirring half-way through.
3. Serve immediately over fish.
INSPIRATIONAL IDEAS:
Fry 350g (12oz) cubed salmon fillets in 1 tsp oil for 3-4 minutes, until browned. Add 100g (4oz) sliced spring onions and 1 sliced yellow pepper. Stir fry for a further 2-3 minutes. Stir in Schwartz Dark Soy, Sesame & Ginger Sauce and cook for 2 minutes. Great served on a bed of rice or noodles.
