A crunchy Garlic & Herb oven-bake coating for potatoes. A quick and easy accompaniment to your favourite meals or great for a satisfying and tasty snack. No need to peel.
Usage ideas
GARLIC & HERB WEDGES
4 medium unpeeled potatoes (approx. 675g (1½lb))
2 tbs oil
1 packet Schwartz Garlic & Herb Wedges Coating
1. Pre-heat the oven to 200°C, 400°F, Gas Mark 6. Pre-heat a large baking sheet.
2. Cut the dry potatoes into wedges, place in a bowl and coat with the oil.
3. Sprinkle over the packet contents and toss until well coated.
4. Spread the potatoes onto the hot baking sheet. Cook for 45 minutes or until crispy and cooked through, turning once half-way through.
 
Serve as an accompaniment at barbecues or as a snack with salsa and mayonnaise for dipping.
