To prepare this rich roast beef flavour gravy just add water and bring to the boil. It is ideal with roast beef, sausages, steak and pies.
CLASSIC ROAST BEEF GRAVY
1. Empty the packet contents into a small saucepan.
2. Blend in 300ml (1/2 pint) of water and bring to the boil, stirring.
3. Simmer for 1-2 minute until gravy has thickened.


For even more flavour replace a little of the water with the juices from the roast beef and add 1/2 tsp of Dijon mustard.
