Perfect Shake Garlic & Herb Mash Special Blend with garlic, parsley and pepper, adds great flavour to mashed potato.

 Boil 450g (1lb) peeled potatoes in unsalted water, until cooked.  Drain, add a knob of butter, 2 tbs milk and the seasoning.  Mash until soft and fluffy. 

 Delicious served with sausages, chops or chicken. 

 Great for topping shepherd's pie or fish pie. 

 Great to add flavour to homemade fishcakes.
