Perfect Shake Fish Special Blend is a delicious blend with salt, lemon peel and dill, to add mouth-watering delicious flavour to grilled, pan-fried and oven-baked fish dishes.

 Pan-frying cod or salmon fillets and sprinkling over the special blend a minute before the end of cooking

 Simply shake onto fish before covering with cling film and steaming in the microwave.

 Sprinkle into sautéed prawns cooked with a knob of butter.
