Wheat Flour (with Calcium, Iron, Niacin (Vitamin B3), Thiamin (Vitamin B1)), Flavourings (contains Barley, Wheat), Modified Starch, Onion Powder (10%), Cream Powder (6%)(from Milk), Salt, Sugar, Mustard Flour, Garlic Powder (2%), Acid (Citric Acid), Stabilisers (Guar Gum, Xanthan Gum), Protein Enriched Whey Powder (from Milk), Maltodextrin, Oregano, Parsley, Tarragon, Colour (Carotenes), White Wine Extract (contains Sulphites).

Usage Tips
For OUR RECIPE you will need ...

1 sachet Schwartz Creamy White Wine Sauce with Herbs Mix
300ml (½ pint) semi-skimmed milk

Directions ...

1. Mix sachet contents with milk. Bring to the boil gently, stirring continuously. Simmer for 1-2 minutes, until sauce has thickened.

2. Serve immediately.

Additional Usage

Microwave (800W)...

Microwave ovens vary. The following is a guide only.
Empty sachet contents into a large microwaveable bowl or jug. Mix in milk. Heat on full power for 4 minutes, stirring every minute until thickened. Stir well and ensure piping hot before serving.

Hints & Tips ...

An ideal accompaniment to poached salmon or plaice fillets. For a tasty vegetable accompaniment, stir drained, cooked leeks into the prepared sauce. Top with grated cheese and grill until golden.

Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight.
