You will need...
1 sachet Schwartz Grill Mates Mediterranean BBQ Glaze
450g (1lb) chicken, steak or pork
1. Pour BBQ Glaze into a small bowl and set aside.
2. Brush meat with a little oil, then cook on the grill or BBQ. Brush liberally with the glaze for the final 2-3 minutes of cooking, ensure piping hot and cooked through before serving.
3. Serve immediately and discard any leftover glaze.
Hints & Tips...
Coat 450g (1lb) boneless, skinless chicken breasts in the glaze before cooking in the oven at 200°C, 400°F, Gas Mark 6 for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through.
Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight.
Once opened, use immediately.
