You will need...
1 sachet Schwartz Grill Mates Spicy BBQ Glaze
450g (1lb) pork, chicken, steak or King prawns
1. Pour BBQ Glaze into a small bowl and set aside.
2. Brush meat or King prawns with a little oil, then cook on the grill or BBQ. Brush liberally with the glaze for the final 2-3 minutes of cooking, ensure piping hot and cooked through before serving.
3. Serve immediately and discard any leftover glaze.
Hints & Tips...
For finger licking ribs place a rack of ribs in a roasting tin, pour over boiling water until approx. 1cm deep in the pan, cover tightly with tin foil and bake at 180°C, 350°F, Gas Mark 4 for 2 hours. Carefully remove ribs from tin, pat dry and cover in the BBQ glaze. Finish cooking on the grill or BBQ for 4-5 minutes or until glaze has set.
Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight.
Once opened, use immediately.
