Add up to 900g (2lbs) meat or fish.
Marinate meat for 15 minutes, or for best results overnight in the refrigerator.
Remove meat from bag and BBQ, grill or bake until cooked through. Discard bag and remaining marinade after cooking.
1. Marinate 900g (2lbs) beef sirloin or rump steak, cut into large chunks, in Schwartz Grill Mates Marinade in a Bag Brazilian for 15 minutes, or overnight in the refrigerator. Thread onto large skewers.
2. Cook on the BBQ or grill over a medium heat, turning regularly until cooked to your liking.
3. Serve cut into slices with a Chimichuri sauce and salad.
CAUTION: Do not cook in the bag.
Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight.
