Perfect for: chicken, lamb, beef and pork
1. Marinate up to 900g (2lbs) beef steaks in Schwartz Grill Mates Marinade in a Bag Korean BBQ for 15 minutes, or for best results overnight in the refrigerator.
2. Cook steaks on the BBQ or under the grill, until cooked to your liking. Allow steaks to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
3. Serve sliced with steamed rice and sliced peppers.
Remove meat from bag and BBQ, grill or bake until cooked through. Discard bag and remaining marinade after cooking.
CAUTION: Do not cook in the bag.
Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight.
Once opened, use within 24 hours of opening.
