Add up to 900g (2lbs) meat or fish.
Marinate meat for 15 minutes, or for best results overnight in the refrigerator.
Remove meat from bag and BBQ, grill or bake until cooked through. Discard bag and remaining marinade after cooking.
1. Marinade up to 900g (2lb) beef steaks in Schwartz Grill Mates Marinade in a Bag Red Wine & Garlic for 15 minutes, or overnight in the refrigerator.
2. Cook steaks on the BBQ or under the grill, until done to your liking. Allow steaks to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
3. Serve with crispy sliced potatoes and steamed green beans.
CAUTION: Do not cook in the bag.
