Add up to 900g (2lbs) meat.
Marinate meat for 15 minutes, or for best results overnight in the refrigerator.
Remove meat from bag and BBQ, grill or bake until cooked through. Discard bag and remaining marinade after cooking.
1. Marinate up to 900g (2lbs) beef steaks in Schwartz Grill Mates Marinade in a Bag Spicy BBQ for 15 minutes, or overnight in the refrigerator.
2. Cook steaks on the BBQ or under the grill, until done to your liking. Allow steaks to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
3. Serve with potato wedges and mixed vegetables.
CAUTION: Do not cook in the bag.
Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight.
