STEP 1
Pre-heat the oven to 200°C, 400°F, Gas Mark 6.
STEP 2
Brown the minced meat, onions and carrots in a saucepan. Drain the excess liquid.
STEP 3
Stir in the packet contents, water and peas. Bring to the boil, stirring. Simmer uncovered for 5 minutes.
STEP 4
Transfer to an ovenproof dish and cover with potato. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
STEP 5
Serve with steamed green vegetables.
