Cranberry Sauce

Serves 8 - 10 EASY Prep 5 mins Cook 15 mins

Cranberry Sauce Recipe

200g (7oz) fresh or frozen cranberries
100g (4oz) caster sugar
2 tbs port
Pinch Schwartz Cloves Ground
Pinch Schwartz Cinnamon Ground
Pinch Schwartz Ginger Ground

This rich cranberry sauce, lightly spiced with Cloves, Cinnamon and Ginger, is great not only with turkey but also with chicken, duck and lamb or even sausages.

STEP 1

Place the cranberries, caster sugar, port and spices in a small saucepan.  Cook on a medim heat for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally until the cranberries have popped.

 

STEP 2

Delicious served with all the trimmings for a traditional Christmas dinner.
