Garden Salad

Serves 4 EASY Cook 10 mins

Garden Salad Recipe

100g (4oz) shelled broad beans
100g (4oz) shelled peas
225g (8oz) courgettes, sliced
Bunch spring onions, sliced

For the Dressing:
2 tsp Schwartz Simply Shake Special Blend Season-All
1 tbs Schwartz Parsley Flat Leaf
1/2 tsp Schwartz Paprika
1 tbs water
1 tbs vinegar
2 tbs olive oil

Garden Salad

STEP 1

Cook the beans and peas in boiling, salted water for 5 minutes. Add the courgettes to the cooking water for the last 2 minutes. Drain the vegetables and leave until completely cold. Stir the spring onions into the vegetables. Place in a serving dish.

 

STEP 2

Mix Season-All Seasoning, Parsley and Paprika with the water and vinegar. Blend thoroughly with the oil. Pour the dressing over the salad and stir gently until all the vegetables are well coated
